Freelance Professor

Since 2009, I have been in the practice of teaching and training for language and life skills. LSRW: (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing) Skills are the most consulted ones. Over more than a decade teaching standard has been raised ranging from primary students to PhD students. Starting from tutorial classes, to coaching, moving on to school and university and finally turning into a Freelance Professor, has been a long extensive journey. Freelance Professor is not a destination, it's a journey in itself. it is not a position to acquire, it is a profession to be in for teaching and training students above and beyond the traditional pattern of educating and following the convention. It is to focus on and guide through holistic development of human life: That is Physically, Mentally, Emotionally, Spiritually and Financially.

Freelance Professor is a term coined by Prof. Richmind for working freely in any university or school around the world irrespective of any standardization, indexing or ranking. The term Freelance here refers to working on one's own choice weather remotely, online, on-sight, hybrid mode, part-time, full-time, contractual, guest, Ad hock or for any nomenclature. Freelance Professor is not a destination on API (academic performance index) ranging from assistant to associate to professor for the purpose of faculty development and pay-scale which is an extrinsic interest of a faculty member for power and position. Here, Students are the most priority and service to students are more important than any thing, say it any paper-work like FDP or Institutional Ranking because this is an environment of race, pressure, and the system is producing unproductive paralysed mindset. With lots of degrees, unskilled and ungroomed force of men step in existential crisis every year. A proportionate of them are skilled but purposeless.

I am deeply interested in education, aiming to empower my students with a solution-oriented mindset. This encompasses nurturing creativity, problem-solving abilities, decision-making skills, effective communication, and self-confidence. My goal extends beyond preparing them solely for corporate environments; I am committed to nurturing a holistic development approach that enriches all aspects of human life—physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and financial. Through education, my aim is to equip them to harness the power of technology, enabling them to leverage its capabilities rather than being confined to manual tasks.

"Academics ki duniya ka darwesh hun mai...
Na rakhta Freelance Professor koi ashiyana."
