Briefing:
Dr. Rashid is an International EFL Teacher and Teacher Trainer for the Ministry of Preschool and School Education, the Republic of Uzbekistan, and a Freelance Professor of ELT and Personal Development. He is introduced to people as Prof. Richmind but his given name is Mohammad Rashid. He completed his PhD in English Language Teaching from Aligarh Muslim University. He has also taken Placement Training in TPO General, AMU, and Career Management Professional Training (CMPT) at the Career Linked Education Council. He started his career as an ESL Instructor in Supervised Study at Al-Barkat Public School Aligarh, India. As part of his training, he has also taught undergraduate students at Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, India. Prof. Richmind is a former Assistant Professor of English Communication and Soft Skills at Teerthanker Mahaveer University (TMU), Moradabad, India. He has also worked as a Research Investigator for a UNICEF project on secondary education undertaken by IPE Global, a multinational company. Along with all these, he has been engaged in career counseling and placement initiatives as a member of the Placement Committee at the Faculty of Engineering, TMU, as a representative in the Career Counselling Committee, Dept of English, AMU, and also as a Coordinator in university placement fair 'Recrufest 3.0' at AMU. He has worked as a Freelance English Editor at the syntactic and organizational level for academic and professional documents like SoP, research papers, projects etc. Previously, he has also worked as a Sub-editor (English) at Soch Beyond the imagination, Aligarh, India. Additionally, he has served as a member of the National TPO Club by Skill Academy and helped the #MakeBharatEmployable mission by Testbook.com to be a successful initiative. He is on a mission to influence tens of thousands of students across the globe by helping them incorporate entrepreneurial spirit into their character.

I am interested in education to help my students develop a solution-oriented mindset: That is, Creativity, Problem-Solving Skills, Decision Making, Communication and Confidence. Instead of making them corporate-ready only, I am interested in the holistic development of human life: That is, Physical, Mental, Emotional, Spiritual and Financial Development. Additionally, I would help them leverage their work, harnessing the power of technology.
